Shenzhen Longyun Lighting Electric Appliances Co., Ltd.(hereinafter called "Longyun") warrants to the purchaser that its Electronic Ballasts will be free from defects in material for 3 , 5 or 10 years beginning form the date of delivery.
If it appears within the specified warranty period that any Longyun Electronic Ballast does not meet the warranty, Longyun, at its option, will repair the Electronic Ballast at Lonyun's expense. Longyun extends this limited warranty to the original for first end-user purchaser only. This warranty is conditional based upon proper storage, installation, use and maintenance.
This warranty is not applicable to any Electronic Ballast which has not been installed and operated in accordance with Longyun's specifications and connection diagrams. The conditions for any tests (to be) performed on Electronic Ballast which are claimed to have not performed in accordance with the terms of the warranty shall be mutually agreed upon in writing.
